You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Landlords confirm they own or are authorized to manage the properties they list and have the right to share tenant information. Rent amounts and lease terms are set by the landlord.

Service fees and VAT follow the tariff published on our homepage. Some fees are deducted from collected rent before payout; others are paid upfront. A submitted payment reference is not treated as payment until our finance team verifies it.

You keep ownership of the data you submit, and we process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
